Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in hearing from candidates who are:
- SIA-licensed (Door Supervision or Security Guarding as appropriate)
- Professional in appearance and attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident dealing with the public
- Able to stay calm and polite under pressure
- Comfortable working as part of a team and following venue procedures
Experience in pubs, bars, nightclubs or small business/commercial security is an advantage, but we’re also happy to speak to the right people who are newer to the industry.
